S.L. 646.9 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Work Place (Provision of Health and, or Safety Signs) Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is the implementation of Directive 2014/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 92/58/EEC on the minimum requirements for the provisions of safety and/or health signs at work (ninth individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16(1) of Directive 89/301/EEC94/33/EC).
