S.L. 646.8 Art. 33Offences. number 3 of stations 1 2 3 4 5 shall be

(1) Any breach of any provision of these reguIations shaIl be deemed an offence.

(2) Any person who knowingly or recklessly interferes with the process of providing a safe and healthy place of work, shall be guilty of an offence. FIRST SCHEDULE

Minimum number of sanitary conveniences and washing stations which shonld be provided by an employer. The number of people at work shown in column 1 refers to the maximum of workers likely to be in the workplace at any one time.
