S.L. 646.8 Art. 29Underground rooms.

No work shall be carried out in any underground room (not being an underground room used only for the purpose of storage) which is unsuitable for the purpose as regards construction, height, light, dimensions or ventilation, or is otherwise unsanitary, or which has no adequate means of escape in case of fire or other emergency.
