S.L. 646.4 Art. 6Offences.

(1) Any breach of any provision of these regulations shall be deemed an offence.

(2) The parent or person who has the custody or care of a child shall be guilty of an offence if any breach of the provisions of these regulations takes place with his knowledge or consent. SCHEDULE
