(1) The client shall ensure that a health and safety file is compiled, kept and made available for inspection, which health and safety files have been prepared in accordance with regulation 13 and any other relevant information regarding health and safety, for inspection by any person who may need information in the file for the purpose of compliance with any statutory obligations.

(2) When a client disposes of his interests in the project, a client shall deliver the health and safety file in respect of the project to that person who acquires such interest in the project, and any obligations arising out of these regulations remaining for the duration of the project shall be assumed by such person.
