Any action, decision or proceeding, taken or commencing before the coming into force of the Health and Safety at Work

(Minimum Health and Safety Requirements for Work at Construction Sites) Regulations, 2025 shall continue to be regulated by the provisions of the regulations specified in regulation 26, as in force prior to the coming into force of the Health and Safety at Work (Minimum Health and Safety Requirements for Work at Construction Sites) Regulations, 2025.
