S.L. 646.27 Art. 10Responsibilities of client and client representative.

(1) Where the client or client representative has appointed a project supervisor for health and safety matters to perform the duties and exercise the powers under these regulations, this shall not relieve the client or the client representative of their responsibilities in that respect.

(2) The implementation of these regulations shall not affect the principle of employers' responsibility as provided for in the Act or in any other law.

(3) In order to preserve health and safety on the construction site, the client shall take into account any report given in writing by the project supervisor for health and safety matters and shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that duty holders abide by their obligations within the limits of their respective responsibilities.
