S.L. 646.26 Art. 5Payment of administrative penalties shall not prejudice the duty to undertake any measures.

(1) The payment of administrative penalties shall not prejudice the duty of a person to undertake any measure by which health and safety at work may be safeguarded, whether such duty arises from the Act or any other regulation issued thereunder, or from an order issued by a Health and Safety at Work Officer in terms of the Act.

(2) These regulations shall be without prejudice to the power of a Health and Safety at Work Officer to issue an order in terms of Article 20 of the Act.
