Consultation and participation of workers and, or of their representatives shall take place in accordance with regulation 13 of the General Provisions for Health and Safety at Work Places

Regulations on matters covered by regulations 5, 9 and 10, ensuring whenever necessary proper coordination between workers and, or workers' representatives in undertakings carrying out their activities at the workplace, having regard to the degree of risk and the size of the work site.
