S.L. 646.18 Art. 13Non-applicability to mineral extraction by dredging.

These regulations shall not apply to mineral extraction by dredging provided that the protection of the workers concerned is ensured in line with the general principles of health and safety of workers specified in these regulations, taking into account the specific risks involved in mineral extraction by dredging.
