S.L. 646.15 Art. 8Application of limit value.

(1) Until 20 December 2029, employers shall ensure that no worker is exposed to an airborne concentration of asbestos which 3 exceeds zero point zero one (0.01) fibres per centimetre cubed (cm )

as an eight (8) hour time-weighted average (TWA).

(2) From 21 December 2029, employers shall ensure that no worker is exposed to an airborne concentration of asbestos in excess of 3 zero point zero one (0.01) fibres per centimetre cubed (cm ) as an eight (8) hour time-weighted average (TWA) in conformity with regulation 7(7)(b).
