S.L. 646.11 Art. 7Co-operation between employers, contractors and, or self employed persons.

Without prejudice to other provisions of these regulations, where several employers, contractors and, or self-employed persons share a work place, the employers, the contractors and the self-employed persons shall co-operate in implementing the occupational health, safety and hygiene provisions and, taking into account the nature of the activities, shall co-ordinate their actions in matters which concern protective and preventive measures, and shall inform one another and their respective workers and, or workers’ representatives of these risks.
