Any premises or open air space, wherein a hoist or lift is installed, and is used by way of a connection with trade or for, or in connection with, the purpose of gain, as well as any premises or open air space being part of an educational establishment, hospital, Government Department, hotel or catering establishment wherein a hoist or lift is installed.
