S.L. 645.2 Art. 7Fees not refundable or prorated.

(1) The fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be refundable.

(2) Without prejudice to regulation 4(2) and sub-regulation (1), the fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be prorated.
