S.L. 643.7 Art. 5Accreditation of verifiers. S.L. 419.07.
The national accreditation body responsible for the accreditation of verifiers for the purpose of these regulations, including the verification of embedded emissions in accordance with Articles 8
and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2023/956 shall be the National
Accreditation Board (Malta) as established by regulation 3 of the
National Accreditation Board (Malta) (Establishment) Regulations.
