S.L. 643.6 Art. 7Allowances.

(1) Allowances issued in respect of the period st beginning 1 January 2021, and subsequent periods, shall be valid indefinitely.

(2) Allowances issued as from 1st January 2021 in a ten (10) year period shall be valid for emissions from the first year of that period onwards.
