S.L. 643.6 Art. 14Expulsion orders.

Where a shipping company has failed to comply with the surrender obligations for two (2) or more consecutive reporting periods, and where other enforcement measures have failed to ensure compliance, the Authority may, after consultation with the regulatory authority responsible for maritime transport and after giving the opportunity to the shipping company concerned to submit its observations, request the Minister responsible for maritime transport to issue an expulsion order.
