S.L. 643.5 Art. 16Other reporting.

(1) From 1st January 2028 and until 2030, by 30th April of each year, a regulated entity shall report to the Authority the average share of costs relating to the surrender of allowances in respect of the previous calendar year, which it has passed on to consumers.

(2) The report submitted by a regulated entity pursuant to sub-regulation (1) shall be in accordance with relevant decisions and regulations adopted by the Commission in accordance with Directive 2003/87/EC.
