S.L. 643.5 Art. 10Auctioning of allowances.

(1) The quantity of allowances as determined for

Malta in respect of the activity listed in Schedule 1 in accordance with Directive 2003/87/EC, shall be auctioned by the auctioneer in accordance with the relevant decisions and regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC.

(2) The auctioneer shall act in accordance with the relevant decisions and regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC.
