S.L. 643.2 Art. 12Auctioning of allowances.

(1) The quantity of Chapter III allowances that will not be allocated free of charge, as determined for Malta in accordance with Directive 2003/87/EC, shall be auctioned by the auctioneer in accordance with the relevant decisions and regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC.

(2) The auctioneer shall act in accordance with the relevant decisions and regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC.
