S.L. 639.14 Art. 4Liaison agency.

(1) The Agriculture Directorate shall serve as the liaison agency for Malta for all the purposes of Council Regulation

(EC) No 1217/2009.

(2) The Directorate shall be responsible for fulfilling the requirements and obligations of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/ 2009.
