Whosoever feels aggrieved by a decision of the Director in accordance with these regulations, may by application request a review of that decision by the Administrative Review Tribunal in accordance with article 5 of the Administrative Justice Act:

Provided that said application shall be filed within twenty (20) days from the service of the decision of the Director.
