S.L. 628.1 Art. 86Winding up by order of the Court. 

(1) An association shall be wound up upon an order of the Court following an application by any interested party, for reasons valid at law in terms of the provisions of the Second Schedule to the Civil Code that shall apply to such associations or any other law.
