S.L. 628.1 Art. 75Righttoappealand procedure to be followed in the hearing of appeals.

(1) An association or any person aggrieved by a decision of the Authority may appeal to the Tribunal:

Provided the person making an appeal to the Tribunal shall show juridical interest in challenging the decision appealed from:

Provided further that where the decision appealed from related to the exercise of lawful discretion by the Authority, the Tribunal shall not query the Authority’s decision based on the exercise of such discretion:

Provided further that no appeal shall lie from a warning or from a decision of the Authority to refuse to grant, or to suspend or cancel a permit or other authorisation on the grounds of public policy, public security, national interest or for safeguarding the reputation of Malta.

(2) An appeal from a decision of the Authority shall be made ORGANISATIONS)

by application within twenty (20) days from the date on which the said decision has been notified to the association.

(3) Subject to the provisions of regulation 76 the Tribunal shall have the power to confirm or annul the decision of the Authority.
