Without prejudice to the provisions of the Prevention of

Money Laundering Act and any regulations made thereunder, the

Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit, in fulfilling the responsibilities assigned to it under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and any regulations made thereunder, may demand access to the Register or to any information or documentation relating to the operation of an association and the Registrar and, or the Authority shall comply with any such demand, without undue delay.
