S.L. 628.1 Art. 5Definition of association.

For the purposes of these regulations, an association is an agreement between two (2) or more natural persons to establish a non-profit organisation with the sole purpose to cultivate the plant cannabis exclusively for its members in a collective manner and to distribute it only to those members as set out in article 7A of the Act, through the dedication of efforts and resources by such persons and others who may join voluntarily, the patrimony, namely assets and liabilities, if any, of the association being distinct from that of the members and administrators.
