S.L. 628.1 Art. 24Changes to the statute. 

(1) An association may make changes to its statute by following the procedures in its statute:

Provided that any change in the statute of the association shall require the support of the majority of members present or such higher amount as the statute may prescribe.

(2) A certified copy of a resolution taken at a general meeting of an association to change its statute together with the amended statute shall be delivered to the Registrar within fourteen (14) days from when it is passed.

(3) The amended statute shall only take effect after it is approved by the Registrar.
