S.L. 626.3 Art. 4Responsibilities of the Authority. 3

(1) The Authority shall always be responsible for establishing policies and strategies for fighting manipulation of sport results as well as the drawing up of educational programmes and the dissemination of information in collaboration with the national associations and federations and the Directorates for Education.

(2) The Authority shall provide sport organisations with standards for the purpose of establishing procedures and regulations that assist with the fight against manipulation of sport results. Sport organisations shall comply with these standards and in default of conformity with such standards they shall be liable to an administrative penalty of not less than one hundred euro (€100) and not exceeding one thousand euro (€1,000).
