S.L. 626.1 Art. 7Obligations and timeframes for annual submissions. 

(1) Once a person submits a new registration application in terms of regulation 4(2) or an application with the

Authority in terms of regulation 4(3), and such registration is effected by the Authority, the registered person shall at the end of every financial year thereafter, submit to the Registrar of the Authority by not later than ninety (90) days from the end of a financial year, a copy of the financial report for the preceding year, an auditor’s report in accordance with sub-regulation (2), an administrative report and the Annual General Meeting minutes signed by the Secretary and in the absence of such, the official endowed with the legal representation of the registered person.

(2) The financial report referred to in sub-regulation (1)

shall be certified by an auditor, in accordance with the register person’s statute and any information provided shall be in conformity with the information submitted to the Commissioner for Voluntary

Organisations in accordance with the provisions of the Voluntary

Organisations Act and any regulations made thereunder.

(3) Any person may request to examine and acquire copies of the documents and other information gathered by the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this regulation and may request that such copies be authenticated by the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
