S.L. 626.1 Art. 10Information.

The Authority may, from time to time, request any registered person to furnish it with such data and information relating to athletes, coaches, officials and its facilities which the applicant or registered person has in its possession and in the case of a national association or federation or any other registered person, any or all information relating to organisations registered or affiliated with it and relating to its officials, as the Authority deems necessary for the performance of its functions in accordance with the Act.
