S.L. 623.9 Art. 9Term of office.

(1) The members of the Committee and the secretary, shall hold office for a term of three (3) years on such terms and conditions as the Minister may establish.

(2) Members of the Committee and the secretary shall be eligible for reappointment for further terms on the expiration of their terms of office.
