S.L. 623.6 Art. 5Responsibilities of developer and official site technician. 

(1) The contractor shall nominate a site technical officer, after he has been accepted by the perit in charge of the project.

(2) If the developer has changed when construction works are still to be carried out or are being carried out, such new developer shall abide by these regulations. THIRD PARTY PROPERTY

(3) The developer shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the construction activity will not result in any damage to contiguous properties, including damage that may result from the infiltration of water.
