S.L. 623.6 Art. 24Appeal procedure.

Without prejudice to the provisions of regulations 15, 16 and 23, any decision taken by the Director in terms of these regulations shall be subject to the right of appeal before the Building and Construction Authority, in terms of articles 12 and 13 of the Act.
