S.L. 623.6 Art. 19Contestations of method statements.

Members of the public or their appointed or lawyer perit may submit to the Director contestations on any method statement, or complaints relating to the lack of safety of a construction activity:

Provided that the Director may decide not to consider complaints or contestations which do not provide a technical justification for the contestation or concern.
