S.L. 623.12 Art. 20Provision of training and courses.

The Authority shall request the licenced masons to attend courses when the Authority considers that new practices and regulations pertaining to the trade of mason and competencies in addition to those listed in Schedule II have been introduced, to ascertain that the applicants are able to execute any work covered by the licence:

Provided that the Authority shall also require the attendance and completion of such courses before any subsequent renewal application.
