S.L. 623.12 Art. 18Refusal of an application for a licence. 

(1) When the Committee refuses an application, it shall notify the applicant by means of a written communication within fifteen (15) days from the date of completion of the examination.

(2) The notice as provided for in sub-regulation (1) shall specify that the applicant shall have the right, within fifteen (15) days from the communication, to request the revision of the examination and to make representations in writing to the Committee.

(3) If the Committee, after the revision and the representations made by the applicant, still deems that the applicant failed the examination, it shall inform the applicant of its decision in writing.
