S.L. 623.12 Art. 12Publication of application for a licence.

(1) The Authority shall publish a notice in the Gazette and on the Authority’s website indicating the time period within which it shall commence receiving and accepting applications for masons’ licences.

(2) The notice shall:

(a) specify the form, information and documents required for the submission of an application for a licence in accordance with these regulations;

(b) the dates and time for the examinations; and

(c) the application fees in accordance with Schedule I.
