The Board shall inform the applicants pursuant to the proviso in regulation 3(2) or the proviso in regulation 3(3) to obtain information on the laws and professional conduct regulations existing in Malta from the Mutual Qualifications Recognition Information Centre as established under article 6 of the Mutual Recognition of

Qualifications Act.
