In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act;

"Board" means the Licensing Board established under Part V of the Act;

"branch manager" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it under the Act;

"land" includes all immovable property as held in the Civil

Code and which is not extra commercium;

"licence" means a licence issued by the Board to exercise the activity of a property broker, or real estate agent or to act as a branch manager or property consultant;

"property broker" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it under the Act;

"property consultant" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it under the Act;

"real estate agent" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it under the Act.
