S.L. 607.3 Art. 7Reasonable doubt.

In the event of reasonable doubt as to whether an activity constitutes the act of provision of further or higher education, or whether the activity of a provider is or is not being transacted in or from Malta, the matter shall be conclusively determined by the Authority.
