S.L. 607.3 Art. 49Appeals.

A provider may appeal from any decision or action taken by the Authority in terms of these regulations to the Court of Appeal in its inferior jurisdiction within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the decision is communicated to the provider:

Provided that the said appeal shall not concern the merits of a decision taken by the Authority in terms of these regulations in relation to the granting or refusal of a licence or the accreditation, revocation or suspension thereof or the imposition of restrictions or conditions on licensees.
