S.L. 607.3 Art. 33Competent authority for accreditation and quality assurance.

For the purposes of its function as the competent authority for accreditation and quality assurance of providers and programmes in accordance with these regulations, the Authority shall have such aims and objectives, powers, functions and procedures as provided in this Part.
