S.L. 607.3 Art. 17Notification to competent authorities overseas.

Upon the imposition of conditions or restrictions on a licensee, or the revocation of a licence under these regulations and when a licence ceases to have effect in accordance with these regulations, the Authority shall inform the competent authorities in any foreign states in which the provider or its subsidiaries are carrying on any activity related to the licence held or previously issued under these regulations.
