S.L. 605.8 Art. 5Other conditions.

(1) No class in a Summer School shall exceed fifteen participants where any one of the children is between three and nine years old. Where all the children are between ten and sixteen years old, no class shall exceed twenty participants.

(2) On the premises where the Summer School is held there shall be at least one person with a first aid qualification present at all times.

(3) In activities which are held outside the school premises, or which involve swimming or travel by air or by sea, there shall be an extra adult for every two classes of participants. In any case, the person in charge shall ensure that all necessary measures for the health and safety of the participants are taken.
