S.L. 605.8 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context requires otherwise:

"the Act" means the Education Act;

"the Directorate" means the Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education;

"person in charge" means any person who is co-ordinating the sport, cultural, musical or other activities included in any programme organised in a Summer School; "Summer School" means any programme offered during the months of June to September of any year, for children between three and sixteen years of age providing informal education through creative, cultural, recreational and sport activities and not leading to formal certificates.
