S.L. 605.5 Art. 13Touristic packages or otherwise.

No School or Home Tuition Provider shall provide tuition as part of a touristic package offered, organised or promoted by any person unless such School or Home Tuition Provider executes a written contract with such person. Such contract shall provide for such person to comply with the relevant parts of Schedule 1 and to take such measures and safeguards for the protection and general welfare of students under the age of eighteen years, which measures and safeguards shall at least be equivalent to those which the School, or Home Tuition provider himself would take in compliance with these regulations and Schedule 1 had he been providing an all-inclusive package.
