S.L. 605.11 Art. 4Affairs and activities of the Institute.

Without prejudice to the provisions of article 7(3), the affairs and activities of the Institute shall be under the direction of the Board and shall be dealt with by the members of the Board and, for this purpose, shall be, subject to article 5(3), represented by the Chairperson who shall be able to speak and act on its behalf.
