S.L. 604.4 Art. 2Adjudicators’ remuneration. Cap. 604. Cap. 604.

(1) The remuneration payable to the Chairperson of the Adjudicating Panel for private residential leases as from the date of the entry into force of the Private Residential Leases Act shall be at the rate of fifty euro (€50) per case disposed of, whether decided upon, ceded or withdrawn.

(2) The remuneration payable to the other members of the Adjudicating Panel for private residential leases as from the date of the entry into force of the Private Residential Leases Act, shall be at the rate of thirty five euro (€35) per case disposed of, whether decided upon, ceded or withdrawn.
