S.L. 604.1 Art. 6Statement of defence.

The statement of defence shall contain a reply to the particulars (c), (d) and (e) of the statement of claim referred to in regulation 5. The respondent may annex to his statement the documents on which he relies for his defence or may add a reference to the documents or other evidence he will submit.
