S.L. 604.1 Art. 3Oath of office. 

(1) On appointment, the Chairperson and the members of the Adjudicating Panel shall take an oath of office in the form hereunder: "I .................................. swear/solemnly affirm that I shall perform my duties as arbitrator honestly, impartially, with due diligence, and without fear or favour according to law.".

(2) A copy of the oath of office taken by the Chairperson and members of the Adjudicating Panel shall be deposited with the State Advocate.
